Advanced patrols

Patrols, as a standard part of operational procedures, can be quite complex.

Our system enables documenting activities based on a checklist activated by scanning an NFC tag. Simply put, when an employee reaches a point requiring special attention, a list of expected actions appears after scanning (e.g., taking a photo confirming that windows or gates have been closed).

Gate/key management

Data entry at entry gates often involves documenting the contents of vehicles.

Of course, the entire process can be done from a mobile device, adding photos and signatures directly on the phone or tablet screen.

The system includes several conveniences such as automatic data completion for known vehicles and predefined filters for quick vehicle counting on the premises.

Site audits

Planned or ad hoc post inspections can be conducted based on any checklists.

The granularity of lists and personnel extends down to the post level. This means that both inspectors and specific checklists can differ for various areas within the same facility.

Touchless patrols

Thanks to cooperation with Bluetooth technology, it is possible to create contactless patrols. The employee simply moves around the facility, and their mobile device picks up signals from installed Bluetooth transmitters.
